The Caring Place provides programs for grieving children and families, sponsors educational programs, and helps to empower the community to effectively serve grieving children.

Precious Gems Counseling Services
Precious Gems offers support, friendship, and professional counseling as needed regardless of ability to pay.

Mommy’s Light
Support programs, educational resources, and traditional fulfillment programs are available for children, teens, and families who have experienced the death of a mother.

Mt. Joy
PATHways Center for Grief and Loss
PATHways offers comprehensive programs and services for anyone in the community affected by the serious illness or death of someone significant in their lives. A wide variety of services are available to the bereaved as well as to those who support the bereaved.

The Center for Grieving Children, Teens, and Family
Peer support groups are available for children, teens, and families.  Additionally, training programs for adults working with grieving children and teens are offered.

Camp Erin
Camp Erin is a bereavement camp for children and teens, ages 6-17, who have experienced the death of someone close to them.

Drew Michael Taylor Foundation
A free 7-session support program each fall and spring for children, teens and their families that are grieving the loss of a loved one.  Groups are facilitated by graduate level counseling students from Shippensburg University of PA and volunteer counselors from the community. Bereaved Parents Support Group also available.

A non-profit organization that provides professional counseling, support services, and education within an environment of support.

Olivia’s House
Olivia’s House offers various eight-week educational coping programs for grieving children, teens, and parents.  Each program is tailored based on loss type.
