		<description>Thank you so much for putting into simple words the idea that recognizing and naming the ugly feelings is also a healthy part of the process.  So often, we try to ignore or deny these feelings, as though that might make us forget they are there, lurking in the shadows.  

Thank you for offering the encouragement to recognize these feelings, and to reach out for help and support as we work through them.  What a powerful piece.</description>
